Terms and Limitations

1. Agreement and operator

By using the site, you agree to these terms. Avernic is operated by Shield Analytics LLC. “Avernic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Shield Analytics LLC.

2. Current offer

Avernic currently offers a free, limited Privacy Checkup pilot to adults located in the United States who use the service for personal or household purposes. The Checkup uses structured answers to generate an educational preview of possible privacy priorities, capability gaps, and subscription overlap.

The Complete Privacy Assessment is in development and is not currently available for public purchase. The founding-pilot price is $49.99, with a planned standard price of $99.99, but no checkout is active and no payment is currently accepted. Final product, delivery, refund, correction, and purchase terms will be shown before payment is accepted.

3. Educational use and limitations

Avernic provides educational planning and decision-support information based on information supplied by participants and available product information. Avernic does not provide legal advice, financial advice, cybersecurity consulting, incident response, identity monitoring, data-removal services, emergency services, or professional implementation assistance. Avernic does not access third-party accounts, log in to services, cancel subscriptions, submit removal requests, or monitor devices or accounts.

Avernic does not guarantee privacy, anonymity, security, savings, removal, identity-theft prevention, or any particular outcome.

4. Participant obligations

Do not submit credentials, passwords, recovery codes, government identifiers, identity documents, full account numbers, payment-card data, exact home addresses, device serial numbers, employer names, account IDs, or another person’s private information without authority.

Do not use Avernic for emergency, enterprise, criminal, surveillance, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Do not treat a VERIFY or incomplete result as a confirmed instruction.

5. Preview and local copies

The Checkup may show a structured preview. Browser print/save may let you print it or save a PDF locally. Avernic does not generate, receive, host, or retain that local file. Customer accounts, persistent saved web reports, hosted downloads, and server-generated PDFs are not currently available.

6. Future founding-pilot review

Any founding-pilot paid Complete Privacy Assessment will be reviewed by an Avernic operator before delivery. Human review is a quality-control process and does not create a legal, financial, cybersecurity, fiduciary, or ongoing professional advisory relationship.

7. Third parties

Third-party products and services control their own availability, features, prices, renewal terms, and policies. Product names may be examples, but plan-specific claims require current reviewed evidence. Verify current vendor terms before acting.

8. Intellectual property

Except for third-party names, trademarks, and materials, original site content, software, visual design, and branding are owned by or licensed to Shield Analytics LLC and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and changes

The pilot is provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or end. Final paid-service, refund, correction, governing-law, venue, liability, dispute, and other purchase terms remain under review and will be presented before payment.
